We listen very closely to the feedback we get from our service users. As the people living in our care homes or with loved ones who we’re caring for, hearing what they have to say is vital for giving
us the reassurance that our services are working. It gives us ideas of ways to improve those areas where we’re already doing well, and to quickly make changes where we need to do better.
We also pay attention to the results of independent surveys of care home residents’ views. In the national Your Care Rating survey, Care UK homes were well represented throughout the top 25% of
results and our care home managers have used the feedback from this to improve their services.

When we don’t meet your expectations, we have a formal complaints procedure in place. This enables us to put right those issues and to ensure such things don’t happen again.
We aim to investigate and resolve problems as quickly as possible, so if you have a complaint about any of our services, please contact us as soon as you can.
